 We want you to love your Le Bleu Maison purchase. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition in which it was received.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Candles that have been used or lit. 
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling. 
• Gift cards (if offered). 
• Clearance or final sale items. 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Email us at support@lebleumaison.com (or your preferred email) and include:

• Your order number 
• Photos of the product and packaging 
• A brief description of the issue 

We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the damage or error occurred during shipping or fulfillment.

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund until your order has shipped.Once a preorder has shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
